Local Use. Leave, not to exceed 10 days per teacher per year, shall be granted to officers of the Exclusive Representative (local, regional, or state level) for attendance at meetings and other functions deemed to be important to the position held. Requests for leave must be made in writing to the Superintendent at least three days in advance. The request shall state the reason for the proposed leave. The District shall pay for all substitute costs incurred by the teacher’s absence and the Exclusive Representative shall reimburse the District for the officer’s absence from work at the officer’s daily rate of pay.

Local Use. 1. Reference charge for one minute of local use ------------------------------------------------------------- a) Public telephones: TPM, TPT and Teletasa US$0.0312 ------------------------------------------------------------- b) Special public telephone US$0.0630 ------------------------------------------------------------- The parties understand "special public telephone" to mean those public telephones located in special places or establishments approved by CONATEL, currently installed or proposed by the Concession Holder. For purposes of operating special public telephones, the Concession Holder shall inform users on each telephone of this type, in a clear and visible manner, of the special rate to be applied. This type of telephone shall be clearly identified for purposes of differentiating it from regular public telephones. Initially, the operation of this type of public telephone shall be permitted in establishments holding a "five (5) star" rating, as established in the Organic Tourism Law and its regulations, and which are enrolled as such in the National Tourism Registry carried by the Tourism Corporation of Venezuela.

  • General Use You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Personal Use You may use the Account only for personal, family or household purposes. Federal or state consumer protection laws may not apply if you use the Account for other than personal, family or household purposes.

  • Official Use Only No Personal Use The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such use.

  • Internal Use You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-residential and non-personal use. You acknowledge and agree that You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services unless such third party is allowed access for the purpose of providing authorized customer support services or in connection with Your appropriate use of the Services for Your own business purposes.

  • International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
