Licensed Educator’s Evaluation. The Board, District, Association, and the MCSD 1338/191 committee have established an evaluation system that is fair, effective, credible, and has a professional quality, utilizing Colorado Department of Education (CDE) guidelines with professional rubrics developed by the CDE. It is recognized that among reasons for the evaluation of licensed personnel, the following are important: • Encourage continuous collaboration, • Promote professional growth throughout all stages of teachers’ careers, • Support ongoing learning and training through collaboration, accountability, reflection and growth. Guiding principles of the MCSD evaluation system: • Support an ongoing collaborative culture of professional inquiry and structured reflection, • Provide trained evaluators with a structure for consistency of judgment and documentation, • Honor and support teachers in different stages of their careers, • Support teachers as they assume diverse roles within their schools and extended learning communities, and • Support school/district initiatives.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • TEACHER EVALUATION A. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.
