Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program. All laboratory notebooks shall be maintained for no less than the term of any Patent issuing therefrom. All other records shall be maintained by each Party during the relevant Research Term and for [**] thereafter. All such records of a Party shall be considered such Party’s Confidential Information.
Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.
Development Records Each Party shall maintain complete, current and accurate records of all Development activities conducted by it hereunder, and all data and other information resulting from such activities. Such records shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities in good scientific manner [*]. Each Party shall document all non-clinical studies and clinical trials in formal written study reports according to applicable Laws and national and international guidelines (e.g., ICH, GCP, GLP, and GMP). Each Party shall have the right to review and copy such records maintained by the other Party at reasonable times and to obtain access to the original [*].
Accounts; Records The Servicer shall maintain accounts and records as to the Recovery Property accurately and in accordance with its standard accounting procedures and in sufficient detail (i) to permit reconciliation between payments or recoveries with respect to the Recovery Property and the amounts from time to time remitted to the Collection Account in respect of the Recovery Property and (ii) to permit the FRC Collections held by the Servicer to be accounted for separately from the funds with which they may be commingled, so that the dollar amounts of FRC Collections commingled with the Servicer’s funds may be properly identified and traced.
Books, Records and Accounts Custodian acknowledges that all the records it shall prepare and maintain pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of Fund and that upon request of Fund it shall make Fund's records available to it, along with such other information and data as are reasonably requested by Fund, for inspection, audit or copying, or turn said records over to Fund. Custodian shall, within a reasonable time, render to Fund as of the close of business on each day, a detailed statement of the amounts received or paid and of securities received or delivered for the account of Fund during said day. Custodian shall, from time to time, upon request by Fund, render a detailed statement of the securities and monies held for Fund under this Agreement, and Custodian shall maintain such books and records as are necessary to enable it do so and shall permit such persons as are authorized by Fund, including Fund's independent public accountants, to examine such records or to confirm the contents of such records; and, if demanded, shall permit federal and state regulatory agencies to examine said securities, books and records. Upon the written instructions of Fund or as demanded by federal or state regulatory agencies, Custodian shall instruct any sub- custodian to permit such persons as are authorized by Fund to examine the books, records and securities held by such sub-custodian which relate to Fund.
Business Records Keep, and cause each Subsidiary to keep, adequate records and books of account with respect to its business activities in which proper entries are made in accordance with GAAP reflecting all its financial transactions.
Books Records and Reports 6 19. The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require. Reports thereon shall be 11 furnished to the Contracting Officer in such form and on such date or dates as the Contracting 12 Officer may require. Subject to applicable Federal laws and regulations, each party to this 13 Settlement Contract shall have the right during office hours to examine and make copies of each 14 other’s books and official records relating to matters covered by this Settlement Contract.
Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
