Research Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

Research Records means any data or results that embody the facts resulting from scholarly inquiry. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.
Research Records has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12.1.
Research Records shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.4.
Research Records means all records (whether verbal, written or electronic) relating to the Services or the SOWs.
Research Records means any data or results which embody the facts resulting from scholarly inquiry. A research record includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Research Records means those records which are created specifically for the purpose of conformance with the terms of a research protocol or clinical trial andwhich would not be created absent the patient’s participation in the applicable trial. Research records do not include clinical documentation regularly created for patients who receive the same service outside of a research trial. Research records are not part of the legal medical record.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
