Machine Readable Records Clause Samples

The "Machine Readable Records" clause establishes that certain records or documents must be maintained in a format that can be easily processed by computers. In practice, this means that data such as transaction logs, reports, or compliance documents should be stored in standardized digital formats like CSV, XML, or JSON, rather than as scanned images or handwritten notes. This clause ensures that information can be efficiently accessed, analyzed, and shared electronically, thereby improving accuracy, facilitating audits, and streamlining regulatory compliance.
