Liabilities to Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.19, the Seller does not have any liability to any customer of the Garland Business for refunds, credits, charge-backs, returns of merchandise, discounts, coupons, or gift, other than warranty claims that arise from time to time in the ordinary course of business. There are currently no outstanding warranty claims with respect to the Garland Business.
