Former Customers definition

Former Customers mean Settlement Class Members that do not currently maintain payment card processing accounts with or through Defendants as of the date of Preliminary Approval.
Former Customers means those Settlement Tax Class Members who are not Current Customers (as defined by section 1.4 above).
Former Customers means any Person who, as of September 12, 2006, is no longer eligible to receive future shipments of hosiery from Defendant pursuant to Defendant’s Continuity Sales Plan and who is no longer receiving billing correspondence from Defendant. Excluded from the Class are HCI; HCI’s directors, officers, and employees; HCI’s legal representatives, successors, and assigns; any entity in which HCI has a controlling interest; any Judge to whom the Litigation is assigned and all members of his or her immediate family; and all persons and entities who timely and validly request exclusion from the Class in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Notice.

Examples of Former Customers in a sentence

  • To the extent AT&T is unable to effectuate account credits, as contemplated by this paragraph, for any particular Current Customer accounts (e.g., because the Current Customer closes their AT&T account subsequent to the creation of the Payment List), such Current Customers shall thereafter be treated as Former Customers and be sent their Settlement Payments by mailed check pursuant to the terms set forth in Section IV.C.4.f herein.

  • Former Customers will also be informed that they can get a copy of the Claim Form by calling the Settlement Administrator.

  • All Former Customers that timely submit a valid Claim Form will likewise have the option to receive a digital payment via PayPal or Venmo, or alternatively a check mailed to their last known physical address.
