LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. The Lessee confirms to the Lessor that as at the time indicated above, being the time of Delivery:
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. LESSEE CONFIRMS THAT IT IS FULLY AWARE OF THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSES 7.7 AND 7.8 AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BASIC RENT AND OTHER AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN CALCULATED NOTWITHSTANDING ITS PROVISIONS.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. Lessee hereby confirms and warrants to Lessor that the Equipment: (a) was duly delivered to Lessee at the location specified in Section 5 hereof; (b) has been received, inspected and determined to be in compliance with all applicable specifications and that the Equipment is hereby accepted for all purposes of the Lease; and (c) is a part of the "Equipment" referred to in the Lease and is taken subject to all terms and conditions therein and herein provided.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. XXXXXX CONFIRMS THAT IT IS FULLY AWARE OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7.6 AND 7.7 AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BASIC RENT, ADDITIONAL RENT AND ALL OTHER AMOUNTS PAYABLE BY LESSEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN CALCULATED NOTWITHSTANDING ITS PROVISIONS.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. Lessee hereby confirms and warrants to Lessor that the Equipment: (a) was duly delivered to Lessee at the location specified in Section 5 hereof; (b) has been received, inspected and determined to be in compliance with all applicable specifications and that the Equipment is hereby accepted for all purposes of the Lease; and (c) is a part of the "Equipment" referred to in the Lease and is taken subject to all terms and conditions therein and herein provided. Lessee hereby represents and warrants to Lessor that, as of the date hereof, there is no Default or Event of Default under any Schedule or any other Lease Document (as such terms are defined in the Lease).
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. (a) Lessee hereby confirms and warrants to Lessor that the Equipment: (i) was duly delivered to Lessee at the location specified in Section 5 hereof; (ii) has been received, inspected and determined to be in compliance with all applicable specifications set forth in the Supply Contract and that the Equipment is hereby accepted for all purposes of the Lease, hereof and of the Supply Contract; and (iii) is a part of the "Equipment" referred to in the Lease and is taken subject to all terms and conditions therein and herein provided. (b) Lessee acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Lessor did not select, manufacture or supply the Equipment; (ii) Lessor acquired the Equipment in connection with the Lease and this Equipment Schedule; and (iii) Lessee received a copy of the Supply Contract by which Lessor acquired the Equipment before executing this Equipment Schedule.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. Upon receiving delivery, installation and commissioning of the Equipment from the Vendor, the LESSEE will certify that the Equipment are as per specifications provided by the LESSEE to the VENDOR by signing the Acceptance Certificate in the form of Schedule D. The Lessor agrees to pay the Purchase Price for the Equipment to the Vendor immediately after the Lessee signs the Acceptance Certificate and gives it to the Vendor as per Schedule D.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. Lessee hereby represents and confirms that Operator is a “Permitted Operator” and that the Use Agreement complies with all of the conditions of Section 13 of the Master Lease.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. Lessee hereby confirms and warrants to Lessor that the Aircraft: (a) was duly delivered to Lessee at Executive Airport, Orlando, Florida; (b) has been received, inspected and determined to be in compliance with all applicable specifications and that the Aircraft is hereby accepted for all purposes of the Lease; and (c) is a part of the "Aircraft" referred to in the Lease and is taken subject to all terms and conditions therein and herein provided.
LESSEE'S CONFIRMATION. The Lessee confirms to the Lessor that the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents were made available to Lessee for inspection and an acceptance flight pursuant to the Agreement. Lessee performed such inspections and an acceptance flight as it deemed necessary and, pursuant to such inspections, the Aircraft is deemed by Lessee to be in acceptable condition in compliance with the Delivery terms of the Agreement.
