Legal Disability. In case of any legal disability, The Parties waive any right to serve as conservator of the person or property of the other.

Any payment in accordance with these provisions shall be a complete discharge of any liability for the making of such payment under the provisions of the Plan.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Legal Disability” shall mean the inability of Employee, due to illness, accident or other physical or mental incapacity, to perform substantially all of his regular duties as an employee of the Company for a period (whether continuous or periodic) of six (6) months during the Employment Term, or a physical or mental incapacity in which there is no hope of recovery within eight (8) months. In the event that there is any dispute as to Employee’s Legal Disability, a determination shall be made at the written request of either the Company or Employee sent to the other (and within thirty (30) days after such request) by a majority of three physicians, one of whom shall be selected by Employee, one by the Company and the third by the two physicians so selected.
Legal Disability. Employee hereby represents to Employer that he is under no legal disability with respect to his entering into this Agreement.

Legal Disability. 6.4 You are not under any legal disability with respect to and are not subject to any law or regulation of the place of your domicile/residence and, if applicable, all other relevant jurisdiction, which prevents your performance according to the Client Agreement. Such warranties, representations and undertakings to OMF Markets are deemed to be repeated on each day up to and including the termination of the Client Agreement of the relevant OMF Markets or any of it. In the event there is any dispute as to Xxxxx'x Legal Disability, a determination shall be made upon the written request of either Crown or Xxxxx (within 30 days of such request) by a majority of three physicians, one selected by Crown, one selected by Xxxxx and a third selected by the two physicians so selected.
