Conservator of the person definition

Conservator of the person means a person appointed by the court pursuant to sections 45a-644 to 45a-663, inclusive, of the general statutes to make decisions regarding the support, care, education, health and welfare of an adult individual and includes a conservator of the person of an adult, but does not include a guardian ad litem.

Conservator of the person means a person appointed by the court to make decisions regarding the person of an adult, including, but not limited to, a person appointed for that purpose under subdivision (a) of Section 1801.
