LATE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES. Occupant agrees to pay Owner the late fee indicated above if rent is received five (5) or more days after the due date. Occupant will pay Owner the indicated fee for each letter sent to Occupant notifying Occupant of the default. Occupant agrees to pay Owner the indicated “Bad Check Charge” plus all bank charges for any dishonored check. These fees are considered additional rent and are to compensate Owner for labor and other costs of collection. In the event of default, Occupant agrees to pay all collection and lien costs incurred by Owner. Lien Notice: $25 Lock Cut Fee: $10 advertisement of Lien Sale: $25 CROSS COLLATERATION OF SPACES: When Occupant rents more than one space at this facility the rent is secured by the property in all the spaces rented. Failure by Occupant to pay on any space shall be considered a default on all spaces rented. Owner may exercise all remedies including denial of access to the facility and sale of the property if all rent on all spaces is not paid when due.
LATE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES. Your payment is late if we do not receive it within 10 days after the due date on your monthly statement. We will charge and you agree to pay $25 when a payment is late, but the late fee will not exceed the full amount of the Minimum Payment that is late. We will charge and you agree to pay a Returned Item Fee of $25 whenever an item presented for payment is dishonored, for any reason, but the Returned Payment fee will not exceed the amount of the Minimum Payment due immediately before the date on which the dishonored item is returned to us. We won’t charge more than a single late payment or Returned Payment fee based on the same event. In addition, the following charges will be imposed as applicable: Card Replacement - $5.00; copy of Sales or Cash Advance Slip Or Periodic Statement - $3.00 for each copy. We will not charge fees for copies of documents requested for a billing dispute. These fees will be added to your Account balance as a purchase.

The Returned Payment fee is charged if any item (check or electronic payment) presented for payment is dishonored for any reason.

XXXX does not waive the right to insist on payment of the rent in full on the 1st day of the month. MEMBER agrees to reimburse SCHA for any charges by the bank for bounced checks in MEMBER’S or tenant cooperative’s name. Non- payment and consistent late payment of rent are grounds for termination of membership.
