Returned Item Fee. We will charge you a returned item fee whenever your payment is returned to us for insufficient funds or any other reason. The amount of this fee will be the lesser of (a) $20.00, or (b) the amount of the required minimum payment due immediately prior to the date the payment is returned. If both a late payment fee and a returned item fee could be charged in any one billing cycle, only the fee eligible to be assessed first will be charged (and not both fees).

It is expressly agreed that if Customer is not generating sufficient Future Receipts to satisfy the Daily Amount, Customer has the obligation to request an adjustment of the Daily Amount, as provided for in Paragraph 1(c) above, rather than incur Returned Item Fees.
