Jury or Witness Duty. Employees shall suffer no loss in wages while serving as subpoenaed witnesses or for jury duty during regular working hours. The Employer shall not deduct any payments that might be received for carrying out such duties. In the case of serving as a subpoenaed witness, the employee is expected to report for work if there are three or more hours remaining on his/her shift.
