Jury or Witness Duty. Any Regular Employee required by law for jury or witness duty shall be allowed time off without loss of regular earnings during such absence but any fee received as such juror or witness shall be paid to the Employer. An Employee acting as a voluntary witness shall not be paid for such absence.
