Job-related travel. Employee shall be paid according to the SECC Policy for any job related mileage and/or travel.
Job-related travel. Automobile mileage allowance for job-related travel required of classified personnel will be paid to employees based on the current IRS rate. The approved point of departure will be the building to which the classified employee is assigned or his/her residence, whichever begins the shorter travel distance. Reimbursement will be approved for the shortest practical distance. Such reimbursement will be approved only for classified employees whose assignments necessitate use of their automobiles for job-related travel. Travel reports and reimbursement claims are to be submitted, on forms provided, after the end of each month, except from classified personnel whose claims total less than $10.00. Such claims may be accumulated and submitted quarterly: March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern.   • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employee A permanent part-time employee is defined as an employee who is employed in a permanent position and who is normally scheduled to work a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours and less than thirty-two and one-half (32.5) hours per week on a regular basis.
