Service Provision. Subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Operator will provide the Services (either directly or by making its facilities and services available to other Physicians) to:
Service Provision. A2.1 You must provide the Services for which you receive payment under this Agreement:
Service Provision. 1. Grantee shall ensure that all enrolled individuals who are interested have access to Individual Placement and Support Services (IPS) regardless of readiness factors, substance abuse, symptoms, history of violent behavior, cognition impairments, treatment non-adherence, or personal presentation.
Service Provision. 1.1 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, Party B hereby appoints Party A as Party B’s exclusive service provider to provide Party B with comprehensive technical support, business support and related consulting services, which shall include services as determined necessary by Party A from time to time within the approved business scope of Party B, including but not limited to technical services, business consultations, assets equipment leasing, market consultancy, system integration, product research and system maintenance.

Service Provision. 5.1 The estimated lead time for ADSL installed on an existing line is 5 to 7 working days. Lead times for simultaneous provides are subject to BT survey and can exceed 10 working days and therefore Customer Required by Date cannot be guaranteed.
Service Provision. 5.1 Customers have a choice on how they would like their Voip exchange product configured, however the customer is responsible for completing the technical aspect form; the Voip exchange product will be configured according to the submitted technical aspect form and any deviation from this form, required to be completed by Voip Unlimited, will be subject to a reconfiguration fee in the sum set out on Voip Unlimited’s Price Lists and Tariffs.
Service Provision. 4.1 The Supplier will provide the Managed Services as from the Acceptance Date until expiry or termination of this agreement for any reason.
Service Provision. 1.6.1 Identity Assurance Services are required over three service delivery channels (E-Channel, telephone and face-to-face) where the contact has been initiated by the customer. Services will be offered as ‘Lots9’ for the purpose of establishing a commercial Framework. It is recognised that not all IDPs will (in isolation) be able to provide services across the full range of service delivery channels (E-Channel, telephone and face-to-face). For this reason, the intention is to pursue a modular, component-led procurement to encourage consortia / collaboration and to ensure participation from organisations of all sizes based on their ability to contribute.
Service Provision. 3.1 Voip-Unlimited will notify the Reseller of the ECCs as soon as reasonably practicable after the date of the Service Order Form.
