Interview of Employees. The Employer agrees whenever interviewing employees for the purpose of their work record, which interview is to be recorded on the employee's personnel file, that a Shop Xxxxxxx shall be present at all times unless the employee involved waives the right.

Interview of Employees. A City employee who is on a closed promotional or open competitive list shall have the option to interview for the vacancy. A City employee who is unsuccessful and who so requests shall be advised of steps he or she may take to increase his or her competitive standing for future promotional opportunities. Employees who have qualified for promotional lists shall be considered for promotion based on the following factors: previous work performance, previous training and experience, merit, ability, and seniority.
Interview of Employees. As a means of permitting an orderly transition of the Business, Sellers and Parent will permit Purchaser reasonable access to the employees of any Seller prior to Closing for purposes of completing Purchaser’s due diligence.

  • Number of Employees The Union and the Employer agree that no more than one (1) position in each program shall be covered by a Job Sharing Agreement at any one time.   • Employee Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings.
