INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. (a) The Parties acknowledge that the ownership rights set out in this Section 6.1 are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the license grants and restrictions on licensing that are set forth in Article II).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 611-7 of the French Code of Intellectual Property, if, while performing his duties, which include an inventive mission, or as part of a study or research specifically entrusted to him by the Company, the Employee produces a patentable or non-patentable invention or creates any drawings, models, methods, programs, formulae or processes relating to the activities, projects or research of the Company and which may be protected by law, all intellectual and/or industrial property rights resulting therefrom shall belong to the Company as of right. The Employee further acknowledges that for all the other inventions, created either (i) in the performance of his duties, or (ii) in the field of activity of the Company, or (iii) by using knowledge or technologies or specific methods of the Company or information provided by the Company, the Company is entitled to have assigned the ownership of, or obtain a license to, all or parts of the rights in the patent protecting the invention. However, if the Employee produces an invention or creates any of the items referred to above without any help from the Company, such invention or item being unrelated to the activities, projects or research of the Company, the resulting intellectual and/or industrial property rights shall belong to the Employee. In accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 611-1 and seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, the Employee must promptly inform the Company of any invention made during his Employment Agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. Any intellectual property, inventions or patents developed by the employee while em- ployed by the Company shall be owned by the Company. This includes, but not limited to, resources or software produced to facilitate the running of the Company’s courses or gen- eral business dealings.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. 8.1 Neither Investigator nor Institution, including their employees or agents, shall acquire any rights of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Study drug as a result of performance under this Agreement or otherwise. All inventions, discoveries, and technology relating to the Study drug, whether patentable or not, conceived by Institution, or Investigator, including their employees and agents, solely or jointly with others as a result of work done under this Agreement, shall be, and remain, at all times the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Any and all acts necessary to assist Sponsor in perfecting its right to any and all inventions, discoveries, and technology shall be performed by Investigator and Institution, including their employees and agents, as appropriate. Institution and Investigator each warrants by the execution of this Agreement, that it/he/she has not entered, and will not enter, into any contractual agreement or relationship which would in any way conflict with or compromise Sponsor’s proprietary interest in, or rights to, any inventions, discoveries, or technology existing at the time of the execution of this Agreement or arising out of or related to its/his/her performance hereunder. 8.2 Investigator and Institution agree that if Investigator or an employee or agent of Institution or Investigator, including all Study staff, conceives předchozího písemného souhlasu zkoušejícího, zdravotnického zařízení a/nebo případně personálu studie nepoužijí jméno zkoušejícího, název zdravotnického zařízení a/nebo jména členů personálu v marketingových nebo obchodních propagačních materiálech nebo jiné publikaci. Bez předchozího písemného souhlasu zadavatele nebo případně společnosti WCT nepoužije zkoušející ani zdravotnické zařízení název zadavatele nebo společnosti WCT nebo jména zaměstnanců zadavatele nebo společnosti WCT v žádných marketingových nebo obchodních propagačních materiálech či jiné publikaci. 8. Duševní práva a vynálezy 8.1 Zkoušející ani zdravotnické zařízení, včetně jejich zaměstnanců nebo zástupců, nenabudou v důsledku plnění této smlouvy či jinak žádných práv k hodnocenému přípravku. Všechny vynálezy, objevy a technologie související s hodnoceným přípravkem nebo se studií, ať už jsou patentovatelné či nikoliv, vytvořené zdravotnickým zařízením nebo zkoušejícím, včetně jejich zaměstnanců a zástupců, samostatně nebo společně s jinými jako výsledek činností provedených dle této smlouvy, budou a trvale zůstanou ve výlučném a exk...
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. The Company shall own any intellectual property, inventions or patents developed by the operative while employed by the Company. This includes, but not limited to, resources or software produced to facilitate the running of the Company’s courses or general business dealings.

Institution warrants by the execution of this Agreement, that it has not entered, and will not enter, into any contractual agreement or relationship which would in any way conflict with or compromise Sponsor’s proprietary interest in, or rights to, any inventions, discoveries, or technology existing at the time of the execution of this Agreement or arising out of or related to its performance hereunder.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/INVENTIONS. All records, documents, papers (including copies and summaries thereof) and other copyright protected works made or acquired by the Employee in the course of his/her employment shall, together with all the worldwide copyright and design rights in all such works, be and at all times remain the absolute property of the Company.
