Instructions for Submitting Proposals. All prospective suppliers must follow the format specified in this RFP. Submit your proposal using the CalUsource Public bid site, which is the University of California fully integrated web-based procurement solution for sourcing, contracting and spend that will be used for collaboration and efficiencies for this project. The registration for CalUsource is xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/login/. On these pages, you’ll find a variety of resources to support you in using CalUsource. For technical assistance, please contact xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Incomplete proposals are subject to disqualification. No mailed, telephone, emailed, facsimiled, or late proposals will be considered. Unless the University is notified that the CalUsource portal is equally unavailable to all UC’s qualified suppliers, the supplier’s inability to enter their response into CalUSource will not be accepted as reason for a late response.
Instructions for Submitting Proposals. Each responder must comply with the submission requirements as outlined below. Submittals that fail to comply with the requirements as specified may be deemed non- responsive and such determination will result in no further consideration of that respondent or the respondent’s submittals by the City. Proposals must be received by the Department of Environmental Health no later than the date and time stated above. Late submittals will be rejected. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope or box and labeled with the proposal number and name. Three ring binders may be used for the proposals; however, plastic sleeves or spiral binders are discouraged. Proposals will not be read in public or available for public inspection until after an award determination has been made. The City is not liable for any costs or expenses arising out of preparation of Contractor’s proposal. If selected, Contractor may not include any of these costs or expenses as part of its fee, rates, or charges for performing work under the Contract.

  • Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.
