Award Determination definition

Award Determination means the notification to a Settlement Program Claimant issued by the Claims Processor of the amount of any payment and/or award made to the Settlement Program Claimant under this Agreement.

Examples of Award Determination in a sentence

  • The number of Performance Units subject to the Award that may vest will be determined as specified in the Performance Unit Award Determination, Vesting and Issuance Criteria attached as Attachment I to this Notice of Grant (the “Vesting and Issuance Criteria”).

  • Award Determination The Company shall determine the number of your Conditional PSUs as soon as practicable following the end of the Performance Period, and in all events within sixty (60) days following the last day of the Performance Period.

  • Grantee will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Award Determination Letter to appeal IWD’s determination.

  • Pursuant to and subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Company hereby awards to the Grantee, who is an employee of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, the opportunity to earn the number of Performance Shares that will be determined at the end of the Performance Period under the Award Determination section above, up to, but not exceeding, 200% of the Target Number of Performance Shares specified above.
