Time to Submit. The School shall provide the Sponsor with proof of insurance pursuant to Section 8(F) of this Charter.

Time to Submit. At least thirty (30) days prior to the opening day of classes, the School shall furnish the Sponsor with fully completed Certificate(s) of Insurance signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing all required coverage.

The certificates shall name the Sponsor as an additional insured for all insurances except workers’ compensation. The insurance shall be maintained in force, without interruption, until this Charter is terminated. Failure to comply with this provision shall be considered good cause for termination or nonrenewal of this Charter.
