Initial Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall start on the Effective Date January 1, 2019 and shall continue in effect for an initial term of ten (10) years, ending on December 31st, 2028 (the “Initial Term”) and then may be renewed for successive five (5)-year terms (each a “Renewal Term”) upon agreement between the Parties, subject to Sections 4.3 and 6.1 of this Agreement.
Initial Term of Agreement. The Company hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to serve the Company, as its Chief Executive Officer, for an initial term from May 20, 2003, through June 1, 2006.
