Developer’s Interest in Property. Developer owns fee title to the approximately 35-acre site, bordered by 450 Broadway, Bayshore Freeway/US 101, 000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Douglas Avenue, Bay Road, Spinas Park and Fire Station No. 11, in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, designated as APNs: 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000- 000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000-000-000 and the parcel referred to as common area parcel A, legally described in Exhibit A and shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B, which constitutes the entirety of the property that is subject to this Agreement (“Property”). The Property consists of 11 parcels, which are described and depicted on Exhibits A and B.

Developer’s Interest in Property. Developer is the fee owner of that certain real property located in the City (1) at approximately 200 through 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, consisting of approximately 20 acres, and designated as APNs 000-000-000, 000-000-000, 000- 000-000, 000-000-000, and 000-000-000, and (2) at the terminus of Lincoln Centre Drive, consisting of approximately 1 acre of real property recently vacated by City and quitclaimed to Developer, all as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A-1 and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A-2 (the “Property”).

  • Lands of Other Property Owners If any part of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and/or System Upgrade Facilities and/or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be installed on property owned by persons other than Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall at Developer’s expense use efforts, similar in nature and extent to those that it typically undertakes for its own or affiliated generation, including use of its eminent domain authority, and to the extent consistent with state law, to procure from such persons any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements that are necessary to construct, operate, maintain, test, inspect, replace or remove the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and/or System Upgrade Facilities and/or System Deliverability Upgrades upon such property.

  • B8 Property B8.1 Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.

  • Abandoned Property If Tenant abandons the Premises, or is dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, any movable furniture, equipment, trade fixtures or personal property belonging to Tenant and left in the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to sell or otherwise dispose of such personal property in any commercially reasonable manner.

  • Management of REO Property (a) Prior to the acquisition of title to any Mortgaged Property securing a defaulted Mortgage Loan, the Special Servicer shall review the operation of such Mortgaged Property and determine the nature of the income that would be derived from such property if it were acquired by the Trust. If the Special Servicer determines from such review that:

  • Property or Properties As the context requires, any, or all, respectively, of the Real Property acquired by the Company, either directly or indirectly (whether through joint venture arrangements or other partnership or investment interests).

  • Qualified Property Applicant’s Qualified Property is described in Schedule 2.3, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Parties expressly agree that the location of the Qualified Property shall be within the Reinvestment Zone as set out in Schedule 2.1.

  • Mortgaged Property Undamaged The Mortgaged Property is undamaged by waste, fire, earthquake or earth movement, windstorm, flood, tornado or other casualty so as to affect adversely the value of the Mortgaged Property as security for the Mortgage Loan or the use for which the premises were intended;

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • Commingling Assets The assets of your IRA cannot be commingled with other property except in a common trust fund or common investment fund.

  • Personal Property Loss An employee's personal property loss or damage by the action of a client shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars, subject to integration with one hundred (100%) per cent coverage by Workers' Compensation Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted by the employee concerned within reasonable time of such loss or damage.
