Applicable Facilities definition

Applicable Facilities means the Facilities of a Participating Company other than its De Minimis Facilities, producing its Applicable Products.

Applicable Facilities means the Facilities designated as such in the relevant Financial Assistance Facility Agreement.

Applicable Facilities has the meaning, with respect to each Development Company, provided in the CMA to which such Development Company is a party.
