Initial Survey. An as-built survey of the Site current to within 90 days of the Closing Date (each such survey, an "INITIAL SURVEY"), which survey shall:
(A) be a current "as-built" metes and bounds survey of the Site, including easements that benefit such Site;
(B) be made in accordance with the "Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys" jointly established and adopted by ALTA, ACSM and NSPS in 1999 with all measurements made in accordance with the "Minimum Angle, Distance and Closure Requirements for Survey Measurements Which Control Land Boundaries for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys";
(C) be prepared by a surveyor satisfactory to the Lenders;
(D) contain "Optional Survey Responsibilities and Specifications" 2, 3, 8, 10 and 16 as specified on Table A to the "Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys"; and
(E) contain a certification from said surveyor satisfactory to the Lenders.

Initial Survey. Within 30 days after the date of this Agreement, Seller shall provide to Purchaser, at Seller’s expense, any existing surveys of the Parcel to be acquired by Purchaser prepared by a land surveyor duly licensed in the State of Colorado identifying the boundaries of the Parcel and dated no more than seven years prior to the date of this Agreement (collectively, the “Survey”).

Initial Survey. In order to detect the presence and record the extent of any IPS infestation(s) of an area, an Initial Survey will typically:
(i) be undertaken at the time specified in the sRFT by an ecologist/horticulturalist and presented to the Contracting Authority in an agreed format;
(ii) identify the invasive plant species present; identify the extent of the infestation(s) and the growth stage/season of the plants;
(iii) identify the proximity to rivers; watercourses; water treatment or water abstraction sources;
(iv) identify presence of Natura 2000 sites, natural heritage areas, roads and other areas of significance etc.;
(v) include geo-referenced information to identify the affected location(s);
(vi) identify (if possible) the source of the invasive species; and
(vii) provide all other relevant information and comply with any other requirements identified in the sRFT.
Initial Survey. A postcard will be sent to all patients identified for the program providing them with an 800# to call to conduct a survey via telephone. If the patient has not called the 800# by a specified date, a call-out will be conducted. This 5-minute call will be dual live/automated with an operator establishing contact and transferring the patient to an automated voice response survey.
Initial Survey. Seller, at Purchaser’s expense, shall obtain and deliver to Purchaser a current survey of the 1000’ contour line, the back and side boundary lines of the Leased Tract (the “Initial Survey”). The Initial Survey shall be prepared by an engineer or surveyor selected by Seller (“Surveyor”). The Initial Survey may also include a portion of the Roads and the Undeveloped Strips. The Initial Survey will not include the interior leased lot lines and may not encompass all or any of the Roads or Undeveloped Strips. The scope of work and estimated completion schedule for the Initial Survey is attached hereto as Exhibit J. Notwithstanding the attached scope of work and schedule, Seller shall not be in default if the Surveyor does not complete the Initial Survey in the timeframes provided for in the attached schedule unless such delays are solely caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Seller and such delays materially and adversely impact the Closing. Additionally, Seller reserves the right to amend, alter, or otherwise modify the attached scope of work and schedule with the Surveyor, and Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser is not a party to Seller’s contract with the Surveyor and is not a third-party beneficiary thereof.
