Boundary lines definition

Boundary lines. The Lessee's indication on a dimensional drawing or indicated with physical measuring sticks of The Leased Premises' location on the Lessee's plot. Assembly: Delivery, transport, construction and assembly of the Leased Premises. Disassembly: Dismantling and transport of the Leased Premises to the Lessor's depot.
Boundary lines means lot lines that separate and establish an area with fixed limits for lots, tracts, parcels, or sites.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Mine drainage means any drainage, and any water pumped or siphoned, from an active mining area or a post-mining area. The abbreviation “ml/l” means milliliters per liter.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Tunnel means a subterranean passage made by excavating beneath the over- burden into which a building worker enters or is required to enter to work;

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
