Initial Submission of Master Construction Schedule. Not later than seven days prior to the Required Commencement Date, the Contractor must submit to the District and the Architect a schedule for completion of all of the Work (“Master Construction Schedule”) that: (i) provides for a logical and orderly progression of the Work to completion within the Contract Time (i.e., from Required Commencement Date through to Required Completion Date); (ii) specifies time for accomplishing all activities and events needed for completion of the Project, including, without limitation, order deadlines for long-lead-time items, time(s) for submission and review of submittals, delivery dates for critical or special equipment and/or materials, and time for completion of inspection, testing, commissioning and close-out activities; (iii) includes the number of Rain Days as required by Section 11.3 of these General Provisions; (iv) identifies all float (defined in Subsection 11.1.6 of these General Provisions); and

Initial Submission of Master Construction Schedule. Within fifteen days after the Required Commencement Date, the Contractor must submit to the District and the Architect a schedule for completion of all of the Work (“Master Construction Schedule”) that: (i) provides for a logical and orderly progression of the Work to completion within the Contract Time; and (ii) specifies time for accomplishing all activities and events needed for completion of the Project, including, without limitation, order deadlines for long-lead-time items, delivery dates for critical or special equipment and/or materials, and time for completion of commissioning and close-out activities. The Contractor must submit the Master Construction Schedule to the District and the Architect for review and approval. If the District or the Architect requires revisions to the Master Construction Schedule, the Contractor must correct and resubmit the Master Construction Schedule promptly and within such time as will avoid any delay in the Work. Upon approval of the Master Construction Schedule, it shall supersede the Early Work Schedule, and it may be changed only as provided in the Contract Documents. The Master Construction Schedule shall be developed using Primavera P6 format showing one defined critical path and illustrating the duration, start, and finish of any milestones.

  • Construction Schedules 10.1 Within seven (7) days of the University’s issuance of a purchase order, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Coordinator three (3) copies of a Construction Schedule for this Project. The Schedule shall be in bar chart form and shall include all aspects of the work, the interrelationship of the various trades and the critical path of the job. The schedule shall include a timeline for the submission, review and approval of shop drawings for critical path items and delivery and installation dates for those same critical path, or long lead time items, (such as electrical transformers and elevator). The Schedule shall coincide with the Contractor’s approved Schedule of Values. The Schedule shall indicate a completion date in advance of the date established for Substantial Completion. The Schedule shall be acceptable to the Architect/Engineer and the Project Coordinator. It shall be revised and reissued at the beginning of every month for the duration of the project. This monthly update progress Schedule shall include a summary comparison of the original schedule and the latest updated schedule (previous month) showing all activity description and dates. These comparison schedules shall be in the form of a summary bar chart, an activity listing report and actual to target comparisons. The reports may include critical activities, float time, duration of each activity, dates of each activity and the network logic (including successors and predecessors of each activity). Included with the written report and electronic copy of the schedule submission noting the above referenced requirements. Failure to provide the Architect/Engineer, or the Project Coordinator with an acceptable, revised Schedule, within seven (7) days of the receipt of a written request, may result in the withholding of the Contractor’s monthly progress payments until such a Schedule is received.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:
