Additional Construction definition

Additional Construction means the construction of new improvements at the Stadium, beyond what was contemplated in the 2010 Redevelopment Agreement between the City and Peregrine and the expansion project proposed in 2017 to add 4,000 new seats, where the new improvements have a cost in excess of $500,000 and where the new improvements are likely to substantially increase the number of persons coming to the Stadium or change the time during which persons are likely to come to the Stadium.
Additional Construction means newly constructed Improvements, permanently attached to the ground, together with ancillary fixtures, which directly increase the income generating capability of this Lease and are reasonably expected to correspondingly increase the rental income to Lessor; repair, maintenance and remodeling of existing Improvements are specifically excluded from the definition of Additional Construction, regardless of the amount of such expenditures, or whether such expenditures are expensed or capitalized
Additional Construction means the construction, installation, reconstruction, replacement, addition, expansion, Restoration, alteration or modification of any Additional Improvements.

Examples of Additional Construction in a sentence

  • Supplemental to those services described under Basic Construction Contract Administration Services, the Design Professional and its consultants may be called upon to provide certain Additional Construction Contract Administration Services during the course of the Project.

  • If the completion of the Project is delayed by more than sixty calendar days past the established Contract time as amended by extensions of time, the Design Professional and its consultants shall be paid for any necessary Extended Additional Construction Contract Administration Services, provided that the facts indicate that the delay is not the result of the delinquency of the Design Professional.

  • These Additional Construction Contract Administration Services shall be listed on Exhibit A, including any stipulated payment amounts for those Additional Construction Contract Administration.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the Commercial Operation Date and after the delivery of each Additional Construction Certificate, as applicable, Seller shall provide Buyer with an updated version of Exhibit A and Exhibit E solely to reflect the Actual Facility Size, the serial number of each turbine included in the Facility, and the Related Transmission Facilities, each as built and configured as of the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Such Additional Construction shall be the sole property of the Company and the Company shall be entitled to deal with it in its sole discretion without any interference on the part of the Allottee.

  • The scopes of service for Additional Construction Contract Administration Services without samples on Exhibit A should be drafted and agreed to by the parties and attached as Exhibit N.

Related to Additional Construction

  • Original construction means the first or initial construction

  • Horizontal construction means the construction of any fixed work, including any irrigation, drainage, water supply, flood control, harbor, railroad, highway, tunnel, airport or airway, sewer, sewage disposal plant or water treatment facility and any ancillary vertical components thereof, bridge, inland waterway, pipeline for the transmission of petroleum or any other liquid or gaseous substance, pier, and work incidental thereto. The term does not include vertical construction, the construction of any terminal or other building of an airport or airway, or the construction of any other building.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Vertical construction means the construction or remodeling of any building, structure or other improvement that is predominantly vertical, including, without limitation, a building, structure or improvement for the support, shelter and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or movable property of any kind, and any improvement appurtenant thereto.
