Construction Schedules mean, collectively, schedules describing the sequencing of the components of work to be undertaken in connection with the Isle-Black Hawk, which schedules (as the same may be amended to the extent permitted herein) demonstrate that the Isle-Black Hawk will be Operating prior to the Operating Deadline (without giving effect to the construction of the hotel, and, if the Company exercises the Hotel Option, will be completed prior to the Hotel Substantial Completion Date).
