INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT GRANT. Grantor does hereby give, grant and convey to Grantee a nonexclusive easement over, across, on and through the Access Easement Area for ingress, egress, and access over, across, on and through the Access Easement Area to and from Logistics Parkway and the Grantee’s City WWTP#3 and for the maintenance and grading of the dirt road therein, all in accordance with the terms and conditions provided herein. Said easement rights shall be in effect until relocation of City Utility Lines and Roadway Improvements as contemplated and provided for in the Developer’s Agreement are completed and accepted by the Grantee. It is understood by the parties that in the event such relocation does not occur, then the foregoing easement grant shall be perpetual in duration.

INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT GRANT. Grantor does hereby give, grant and convey to Grantee a nonexclusive easement over, across, on and through the Access Easement Area for ingress, egress, and access over, across, on and through the Access Easement Area to and from the paved portion of Logistics Parkway and the southern boundary of the Grantee’s Property and for the maintenance thereof, all in accordance with the terms and conditions provided herein. Such use shall include, without limitation, Grantee’s right to construct or otherwise improve the Access Easement Area with a concrete or asphalt road at Grantee’s expense subject to prior written approval by Grantor and compliance with any applicable codes, rules and regulations. Said easement rights shall be in effect until relocation of City Utility Lines and Roadway Improvements as contemplated and provided for in the Developer’s Agreement are completed and accepted by the Grantor. It is understood by the parties that in the event such relocation does not occur, then the foregoing easement grant shall be perpetual in duration.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements.   • Easement To the extent applicable, Owner agrees to grant to Bell a non-exclusive easement and statutory right of way and/or a path to the property line from the Building, as the case may be and in or through the Equipment Space if it is determined that a fibre optic cable or such other Equipment must be installed to the Building and/or in the Equipment Space. Owner and Bell shall in advance, agree upon a suitable location to install the fibre optic cable on the property of the Owner.
