Industrial requirements. Without limiting any other obligations under this Agreement, the Contractor must comply with the terms of any relevant law or agreement in respect of their personnel.

PRUDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 12.1 Retailer will satisfy prudential requirements: If required by a notice from the Distributor, the Retailer will comply with either one of the following prudential requirements within 10 Working Days of receipt of the Distributor's notice:
Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference. Environmental Requirements C7.1 The Contractor shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
GOVERNMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Provider warrants and represents that it will comply with all governmental ordinances, laws and regulations.
Functional Requirements Applications must implement controls that protect against known vulnerabilities and threats, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 Risks and denial of service (DDOS) attacks.
DEVELOPMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Personal Development Plan (PDP) for addressing developmental gaps is attached as Annexure B.
