Indigent Offenders. As used herein, the term "Indigent Offenders" shall refer to those SEC Program Participants who, after a financial evaluation, are found to be unable to pay any program fees and, therefore, qualify for program participation at no fee.

Indigent Offenders. JAG shall comply with the Court’s directive on determining if a probationer is indigent and in assessing financial penalties during sentencing. Probationers who are determined to be indigent by the Court, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 42-8-102, shall be supervised at no cost to the probationer or the Court or County. JAG shall make all reasonable efforts to deal with indigent cases at the mid-point juncture of the probationer’s sentence, if not earlier, so that there will be enough time remaining on the sentence for an appropriate disposition.
Indigent Offenders. Offenders determined by the court to be indigent in accordance with 0. C. G.A 42-8-102 shall be supervised at no cost to the probationer or the Court or governing body.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center.   • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds.   • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.
