Anti-Lobbying. Subrecipient certifies that it will comply with federal law (31 U.S.C. 1352) and regulations found at 24 CFR Part 87, which provide that:

Anti-Lobbying. If all or a portion of this Agreement is funded with federal funds, then in accordance with 2 CFR 200, as appropriate, the Grantee shall comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act, which prohibits the use of all project funds regardless of source, to engage in lobbying the state or federal government or in litigation against the State. Further, the Grantee shall require that the language of this assurance be included in the award documents of all subawards at all tiers. If all or a portion of this Agreement is funded with state funds, then the Grantee shall not use any of the grant funds awarded in this Agreement for the purpose of lobbying as defined in the State of Michigan’s lobbying statute, MCL 4.415(2). “‘Lobbying’ means communicating directly with an official of the executive branch of state government or an official in the legislative branch of state government for the purpose of influencing legislative or administrative action.” The Grantee shall not use any of the grant funds awarded in this Agreement for the purpose of litigation against the State. Further, the Grantee shall require that language of this assurance be included in the award documents of all subawards at all tiers.
Anti-Lobbying. If the Contract is for more than $100,000, any contractor that applies or bids for an award relating to the Contract must file the certification required by 31 USC § 1352, certifying that the contractor has not and will not appropriate federal funds to pay any person or organization influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employees of the federal agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining a contract, grant, or other award covered by 31 USC § 1352 involving federal funds. The contractor must also disclose any lobbying with nonfederal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining an award of federal funds.
Anti-Lobbying. The Contractor shall ensure that no federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf of the undersigned, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any federal contract, the making of any federal grant, the making of any federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.
Anti-Lobbying. 10.17.1 If this Project is funded by federal funds, then to the best of the County’s knowledge and belief:

Anti-Lobbying. No part of the money appropriated shall be used directly or indirectly to pay for personal service, advertisement, telegram, telephone, letter, printed or written matter, or other device intended or designed to influence in any manner any legislation or appropriation by any governmental agency.
Anti-Lobbying a. Pursuant to Public Law(s) cited in paragraph c., below, contract funds shall only be used for normal and recognized executive-legislative relationships. Contract funds shall not be used, for publicity or propaganda purposes; or for the preparation, distribution, or use of any kit, pamphlet, booklet, publication, radio, television, or video presentation designed to support or defeat legislation pending before the Congress or any State legislature, except in presentation to the Congress or any State legislature itself.
Anti-Lobbying. Grantee shall not use any Federal funds granted pursuant to this Grant Contract in support of the enactment, repeal, modification, or adoption of any law, regulation, or policy, at any level of government.
