Incorporation of Tariff. The Parties shall abide by, and this Contract shall be subject to, the Company’s applicable electric tariffs related to photovoltaic systems or net metering, as applicable, as on file with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and as they may be revised from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Contract and Company’s electric tariff, the provisions of the tariff shall control.
Incorporation of Tariff. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the company’s tariff, rate schedule and CISR tariff filed by the Company with, and approved by, the Commission, as amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and such tariff or rate schedules (other than as set out in the CISR tariff), the terms and conditions of this agreement shall control.
Incorporation of Tariff. The provisions of the Tariff governing Construction Services are incorporated into this Agreement, Sections 5.2.1 (limitation of liability), 5.2.4 (force majeure), and 5.2.6 (disclaimer of warranties) of the Tariff. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Tariff, the terms of the Tariff shall prevail.
Incorporation of Tariff. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of rate schedule and the CIS rider filed by the Company with, and approved by, the Commission, as amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement as approved by the Commission and such rate schedules, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Incorporation of Tariff. (a) The Rules and Regulations and the applicable tolls and other rates payable under this Agreement will be set out in the Tariff as initially filed, and as each may be amended or approved from time to time by Carrier or the NEB, are all by reference made a part of and incorporated into this Agreement and the Services shall, in addition to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, be subject to the provisions thereof.

Incorporation of Tariff. 2.1 This Agreement is made pursuant to Company's Tariff P.S.C. No. 1-Gas, and the terms and conditions specified in such Tariff as they may pertain to this Agreement and are expressly incorporated herein by reference.
Incorporation of Tariff. 1.1 Incorporation Of Tariff Into Agreement. The Tariff, including each and every constituent part, is incorporated into this Agency Agreement as though set forth herein in its entirety. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Agency Agreement and the Tariff, the Tariff shall control.

Incorporation of Tariff. Customer understands that this Agreement is subject to, and incorporates by reference, all applicable provisions of the Company's Tariff, and any reference to the Tariff in this Agreement includes any supplements thereto or any tariffs that supersede the Tariff which may hereafter be filed.
