RATE SCHEDULES. Upon request by ANAHEIM, CONTRACTOR agrees to provide ANAHEIM with a copy of the service order form that is applicable to that event. The service order form is to be mailed or delivered to the Convention Center’s accounting office.
RATE SCHEDULES. The Company agrees to furnish and the Customer agrees to take power pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Company’s tariff, rate schedule and CISR tariff, as currently approved by the Commission or as said tariff and rate schedule(s) may be modified in the future and approved by the Commission (except as described in Section 6 herein). The Customer agrees to abide by all applicable requirements of the tariff, rate schedule and CISR tariff, except to the extent specifically modified by this Agreement. Copies of the Company’s currently approved rate schedule(s) and CISR tariff are attached as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof.
RATE SCHEDULES. Schedules NF-2, NF-3, and NF-4 (National) and Schedules DF-2, DF-3, and DF-4 (Dulles) show the calculation of average and differential rental rates for each Terminal Sub-Center.
RATE SCHEDULES. This Capacity Release Umbrella Agreement does not have separate terms and conditions for particular services, but only provides a means by which a Replacement Customer may utilize a service subject to the applicable provisions of the relevant Storage Service Agreement and the terms and conditions for Rate Schedules FSS, FP and FL, by finalization of a copy of an Addendum attached hereto and fully incorporated herein as a part of this Capacity Release Umbrella Agreement. Replacement Customer agrees that PPEC shall have the unilateral right to file with the appropriate regulatory authority and make changes effective in (a) the rates and charges applicable to service pursuant to this Capacity Release Umbrella Agreement

Copies of the Company’s currently approved rate schedule and the CIS rider are attached as Exhibit B and made a part hereof. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and such tariff or rate schedule (other than as set out in the CIS rider) the terms of this Agreement shall control.
RATE SCHEDULES. The Seller hereby agrees to make all reasonable efforts to keep the Rate Schedules in full force and effect at all times.

Replacement Customer agrees that Operator shall have the unilateral right to file with the appropriate regulatory authority and make changes effective in (a) the terms and conditions of this Umbrella Service Agreement, pursuant to which service hereunder is rendered, (b) any provision of Rate Schedule FSS, (c) any provision of Rate Schedule FWS, or (d) any provision of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to this Umbrella Service Agreement. Operator agrees that the Replacement Customer may protest or contest the aforementioned filings, and the Replacement Customer does not waive any rights it may have with respect to such filings.
