Transporter. The term "transporter" means an entity that transports covered electronic products from collection sites or services to processors or other locations for the purpose of recycling, but does not include any entity or person that hauls their own unwanted electronic products.

Exhibit A, Rate Schedule LNGS, and the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
