In-Service Examination. Employees shall be permitted to write any internal examination required by the Authority, upon satisfactory completion of the necessary term of service and training programs. Employees who fail an internal examination shall upon request and where available, receive a copy of their examination paper and shall be eligible to be re-examined. This provision shall not apply to examinations set as a condition of initial employment.
