Classification Plan. (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the need to maintain the principles of Pay Equity to evaluate jobs in the Public Service bargaining unit. The parties also agree to apply the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan in accordance with those principles to all bargaining unit positions using the gender neutral plan factors and degrees in the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan. The Public Service Job Evaluation Plan will be used to evaluate positions in the Main Agreement and to determine their appropriate factor ratings.

Classification Plan. Effective July 1, 2007, the University will adopt the classification plan adopted and maintained by OFM/State Human Resources.
Classification Plan. The Classification Plan prepared by the provincial negotiating employer group after consultation with the provincial negotiating union group for the categories of technical and paratechnical support, administrative support and labour support positions, November 10, 2015 edition, including any change made or new class added during the term of the agreement.
Classification Plan. The systems shall include one or more classification plans for University employees that classify positions according to job responsibilities and qualifications. On the effective date and until changed by the University, the classification plans shall be the same plans that are in effect for each group of employees immediately prior to the effective date.
Classification Plan. The Department shall prepare, with input from the Association, classification specifications for final approval by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Civil Service Board. Classification specifications shall be descriptive and explanatory of the kind of work performed in the various positions assigned to a classification. All positions in the competitive service shall be assigned to a classification based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the duties of the classification. The classification system shall give order and logic to the classification hierarchies and shall define the work of the classifications to assure appropriate remuneration for work performed and be based on consideration of internal and external equity. Other criteria such as the market, will also be given appropriate consideration.
Classification Plan. A position classification plan shall be established and maintained by the Personnel Officer, applicable to all positions covered by Resolution #01- 02. The Plan shall provide a description of each class of positions, that is, each group of jobs which are sufficiently similar that the same title may be used, the same qualifications required, and the same salary applied with equity. Each such description shall define the class, summarize principal duties, and state minimum qualifications directly related to effective performance.
Classification Plan. The following job titles will be recognized during the life of this Agreement and shall not be changed unless mutually agreed to by the Union and District. Newly created job titles are, however, within the purview of the District. The District reserves the right to create new and/or delete existing job titles; however, pay rates for newly created job titles must be mutually agreed to by the Union and District.
