Commencement of Bargaining. Where a Party to this Agreement has given notice under Article 32.2, the Parties shall, within fourteen (14) days after the notice was given, commence collective bargaining.

Where either party has given written notice as per 21:01 above, the initial bargaining meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, but in no event shall the meeting be held longer than fifteen (15) working days after a written request for such a meeting has been made, unless by mutual agreement of the parties.

These may be requested by the President of the Association or the Superintendent and/or designee.
