IEP Support. The District will continue its long standing practice of assisting the special education certificated staff in the timely completion of their IEP responsibilities. Any special education certificated staff member who feels impacted by the number and/or complexity of IEPs under his/her responsibility may request additional preparation time (release time or additional paid hours) by sending an e- mail outlining the reasons for the request to the Special Services administrator or designee. Requests for release time must include verification of approval from the employee’s building supervisor. One (1) day of substitute release time will be equal to six (6) hours of additional paid time. Requests will be responded to promptly. No reasonable request will be refused. Technical assistance and inservice support may be offered to assist special education certificated staff in enhancing IEP efficiency.
IEP Support. Each year the district will provide each Special Education teacher in 20 classes identified in Section 35.12.1, and each therapeutic specialist (SLP, Audiologist, 21 OT, PT, etc.), with the following support:

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she:

  • Service Support In accordance with an agreed upon Statement of Work and SLA, the Services may include Service Provider’s standard customer support services (the "Support Services") in accordance with the Service Provider’s service support schedule then in effect, available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/msa (or a successor website address) or as otherwise set out in the applicable Statement of Work or SLA (the "Support Schedule").   • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year.   • PRODUCT SUPPORT a.
