Identification of Class Members. Within 14 days of the Preliminary Approval 19 of the Agreement and entry of the Settlement Protective Order, Defendants shall provide Class Counsel with the following:
Identification of Class Members. 5 15.2.1 Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the entry of the order granting 6 preliminary approval of the Settlement (“Preliminary Approval 7 Order”), Defendants shall provide the Settlement Administrator 8 with the following information (“Class Data List”): 9 (a) the names, employment identification number, last known 10 addresses, last known telephone numbers, and Social 11 Security numbers of each Class Member; and
Identification of Class Members. Within five (5) days after Preliminary Approval is entered, Uber shall provide the Settlement Administrator with a data file listing all Settlement Class Members and identifying, for each Settlement Class Member, the name and email address associated with the Settlement Class Member’s Uber Account, and whether the Class Member’s Uber Account is Active or Inactive.
Identification of Class Members. 14.2.1 Within 21 calendar days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Defendant shall provide the Settlement Administrator with the following Class Data, to the extent that it possesses the information.
Identification of Class Members. Plaintiffs shall reasonably endeavor to identify Class members whose identities are not set forth in Exhibits 1 through 136 in the Appendices to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification and shall make reasonable efforts to ascertain current addresses for those Class members who no longer reside at such addresses. Such efforts shall include, at a minimum, reviewing their pertinent records from discovery documents previously produced and utilizing an available national database. Defendants’ counsel agrees to make reasonable efforts to cooperate with Plaintiffs’ search for such additional Class members.

The Defendants, with input from Class Counsel, shall complete an extensive review of their records and shall make reasonable efforts to compile a list of last known contact information for each Class Member, including last known mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses (the “Class Member List”).

Within 15 days of Preliminary Approval, 24 Uber shall provide the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel with a data file listing 25 Settlement Class members and identifying, for each Settlement Class member, the name and 27 Unremitted California Airport Fee Tolls each Class Member paid during the Class Period. 28
Identification of Class Members. Xxxxx Fargo has identified those persons who appear to be Class Members based upon mortgage servicing records it keeps in the ordinary course of its business, and it has provided Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Class Counsel with a database identifying those borrowers and including their last known addresses based upon Xxxxx Fargo’s business records.
Identification of Class Members. 3.1 Exhibit A lists each MDL facility and identifies for each MDL facility all plaintiffs who the parties have determined filed valid and timely consent forms with the Court and work or worked in a position covered by this Agreement within their individual limitations period (“class members”). Class members who worked at multiple MDL facilities during his or her individual limitations period are listed at their most recent facility.
