Idealized Influence. The leader becomes a model by admiring, respecting, and trusting the followers. The leaders avoid using power for personal interests or gain. In the words of Xxxxxxxxx et al., (2014), transformational leadership is represented by leaders who seek to create ideas and new perspectives to provide a new path of growth and prosperity in the organization. The transformational leader develops commitment, passion, and loyalty among managers and staff. This type of leader mobilizes team members to make fundamental changes to move in new directions and reaching higher ideal performance levels. Arabiun et al., (2014) defined transformational leadership as the process of creating commitment to organizational goals and empowering people to fulfill those goals. A transformational leader encourages followers to develop their creativity and self-actualization to promote team, group, and organization interests. A transformational leader leads change in the organization and creates a perspective for both managers and staff. The transformational leader is defined as the leader who has developed a set of ethical values and a sense of identity along among the organization members with a set of leadership skills such as confidence, competence, articulated speech, acceptance of different points of view, a spirit of collaboration, and listening to the opinions of others. A transformational leader is considered charismatic, visionary, and inspirational. Among all the different conceptualizations, Xxxxxxxxx (2016) described the transformational leader as the one: (1) Clarifying the values and norms of the organization, (2) participating in the culture of the organization to shape its meaning, (3) establishing a clear vision that guides the change process, and providing meaning to the organization’s identity, (4) building trust and fostering collaboration, (5) encouraging others and celebrating accomplishments, (6) empowering people to feel better about themselves and their contributions to the organization. Interestingly, in Xxxx Xxxxxx’x book Accelerate: Building Strategic Agility for a Faster- Moving World, similar to Xxxxxxxxx (2016), he (2014) recognized leadership as the central force for change for any given organization. This is made possible when a leader has adequate preparation making the leader able to learn more about themselves (self-reflection) and nurturing as well as supporting their relationship and the immediate environment who are the teachers, students and other stakeholders. Adequate preparation makes the leader to be more knowledgeable and therefore increases their level of confidence and self-efficacy.

  • Knowledge and Scholarship in Special Field Each certificated support person demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge of theory and content in the special field. He demonstrates an understanding of a knowledge about common school education and the educational milieu grades K12, and demonstrates the ability to integrate the area of specialty into the total school milieu, to wit:

We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who is verbally abusive, swears, is disrespectful, makes threats, is under the influence, is argumentative, or in general displays an attitude at the time of the unit showing and application process that causes management to believe we would not have a positive business relationship.

  • Scope of Relationship The parties agree that the relationship established by this Agreement is non-exclusive. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to the provisions of Sections 14 and 20 of this Agreement, each party hereto is expressly permitted, without the need for obtaining any further consent or approval from the other party hereto, to market, offer, sell, broker, underwrite and/or provide other products and services, including, without limitation, any other loan products and services and specifically including, without limitation, any loan products and services similar in scope and nature to the Loans and the related services contemplated by the Program Guidelines, through any of their respective distribution channels and the distribution channels of their respective Third Party Service Providers, including, without limitation, any of such distribution channels through which Loans are offered pursuant to this Agreement.

  • DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State.
