Hours of Work and Compensation. 8.1 Hours of work will be within a 40-hour workweek. Hours of work will normally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or flexible hours within an eight-hour day, except in the case of emergency or unusual circumstances in which case such schedule may be changed by the Employer. The Employer and the employee may mutually agree to a regular work schedule other than eight-hour workdays.
