Homozygosity mapping. 3.2.5.1.UPLOADING GENOTYPES Genotype files generated by the Human CytoSNP microarray analysis were uploaded to the server. During this process HomozygosityMapper screened all samples for blocks of homozygous genotypes in contiguous markers and stored the genotype, along with the length of the block it is positioned in. HomozygosityMapper is a web based tool, which can be used for the detection of recessive alleles in consanguineous families. Data were imported onto the software and data were generated on the basis of selected cases and parameters set as described in the next section (Seelow et al. 2009).

Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
