Homebuyer Loan Documents. Homebuyer acknowledges that City has prepared certain documents to implement the Program and to evidence and secure repayment of the Homebuyer Loan. Homebuyer has reviewed and agrees to execute this Agreement and the following documents (collectively, “Homebuyer Loan Documents”) prior to receiving the Homebuyer Loan, and any other documents reasonably required by City or a participating entity to complete the transaction contemplated herein:
