Common use of Holiday Shutdown Clause in Contracts

Holiday Shutdown. ESA may authorize a shutdown over the Christmas - New Year period. In order to encourage employees to voluntarily take this time off, employees will be allowed to use up earned vacation from the following calendar year in order to cover the shutdown period.
