For the 2021-2023 biennium, the Employer will contribute an amount equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the total weighted average of the projected medical premium for each bargaining unit employee eligible for insurance each month, as determined by the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB). The projected medical premium is the weighted average across all plans, across all tiers.

For the 20212023-2023 2025 biennium, the Employer Medical Contribution (EMC) will becontribute an amount equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the monthly premium for the self-insured Uniform Medical Plan (UMP) Classic total weighted average of the projected medical premium for each bargaining unit employee eligible for insurance each month, as determined by the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB). In no instance will the employee contribution be less than two percent (2%) of the EMC per month.The projected medical premium is the weighted average across all plans, across all tiers.

The projected health care premium is the weighted average across all plans, across all tiers. The Uniform Medical Plan (deductible, out-of-pocket maximums and co-insurance) in effect for calendar year 2011 will be maintained for the 2011-2013 biennium.
