The Headmaster will provide this leadership by:  demonstrating care for the school community and a commitment to academic excellence in a safe, inclusive, and accepting teaching and learning environment;  holding everyone under his/her authority accountable for his or her behaviour and actions;  empowering students to be positive leaders in their school and community;  communicating regularly and meaningfully with all members of the College community; and  providing an example of respect and civility for all members of the College community.

Headmaster. 104. The Governors shall appoint the Headmaster. The Governors may delegate such powers and functions as they consider are required by the Headmaster for the internal organisation, management and control of the Academy (including the implementation of all policies approved by the Governors and for the direction of the teaching and curriculum at the Academy).

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection.
