HCA, RTA, PTA Classifications. For employees employed in the LPN classification, the Employer shall facilitate the procurement, by Regular and Temporary Employees, of insurance protection by way of participation in group insurance plans, subject to the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer. Provided that said enrolment and other requirements are met, the following group insurance plans shall be continued or be implemented.

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. If the parties cannot reach agreement, at the request of either party, the matter shall be submitted to the arbitration procedure in Article 26 of this Agreement.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS For the purpose of this Agreement the following classifications will be applicable:
