Hardware Refresh Standards Sample Clauses

Hardware Refresh Standards. During the Term, Provider will refresh Hardware and other Equipment to the acknowledged market industry standards within the time frames designated in the FRM unless otherwise agreed to by Company. Any failure of the parties to mutually determine the applicable acknowledged market industry standards shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Schedule.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and Contractor shall grant such request.
